1/8 inch thick nitro v stainless, cryogenic treated and tempered. 6 1/2 inch blade, 11 inches overall length. This knife is a stiff blade designed for de-boning and cutting meat as well as filleting fish. Comes with a leather sheath. The knife pictured is sold and one similar will take about two weeks to make from the time of order
